A home for today & tomorrow

Founded in 1963, the Missouri Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) is a statewide trade association representing every part of the manufactured and modular housing industry. Our members include retailers, manufacturers, community developers and industry professionals across Missouri and beyond. From our headquarters in Jefferson City, we focus on housing advocacy, industry support, and promoting affordable home ownership for Missouri families. MMHA works to improve financing options, remove zoning barriers, and highlight the benefits of factory-built homes through education and outreach. Through these efforts, we help more Missourians achieve the dream of home ownership today and for generations to come.

Strengthening missouri's manufactured housing industry

As a statewide association, MMHA provides industry support to our members along with training, continuing education and up to date industry information so that our members can offer superior service. MMHA’s members are the best of the best, dedicated to providing safe, affordable, high value homes to families across our state. By working together, we strengthen the housing industry while helping more families experience the benefits of manufactured and modular homes.

Affordability

The shortage of affordable, quality housing has become a growing crisis for families in Missouri and communities across the nation. High interest rates and low inventory are contributing to this issue and the hunt for affordable housing can be tough.

MMHA’s advocacy and awareness initiatives are designed to help increase the supply of housing and provide more affordable options to Missourians. Our members are committed to providing homes that are high-performing and energy-efficient, bringing more value to home buyers.
