Training Details

The Missouri Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) is offering an Initial Training and Continuing Education Course for HUD Installers on November 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at MMHA, 4748 Country Club Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.


The registration deadline is November 13, 2026, and the cost is $250 per non-member.


Missouri state law requires that new HUD manufactured homes be installed by a licensed installer and that installers attend continuing education every three years.


To register, complete the form and mail it with a check to MMHA, 4748 Country Club Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109 (no CODs; returned checks incur a $50 fee; no registrations are accepted the day of training).


For cancellations, there are no refunds for no-shows, and with 3 days’ notice a credit for the next course applies; questions can be directed to (573) 636-8660.
